Company registration in process. LicenseSphere 360 is in the process of being registered as a private limited company in India under the Companies Act, 2013. Registration is currently in process. Until it is complete, the service is operated by its founders on behalf of the company to be incorporated; once incorporated, the company will take over these policies and we will update this page and notify customers.

This page lists the security controls that are implemented today. It is a factual description, not a guarantee, and no system is perfectly secure.
Controls
- Hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), served over HTTPS with HSTS, with rate limiting.
- Separate tenants with data access scoped by tenant ID and PostgreSQL row-level security as an additional separation.
- Fixed roles: IT admin, procurement, auditor and employee. Customer users sign in with Google or Microsoft; multi-factor authentication is used for platform administrators.
- Integration credentials are encrypted at rest; endpoint agent keys are stored hashed, tenant-scoped and revocable.
- Key actions are recorded in an audit log.
- Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record; we do not receive or store full card details.
