LicenseSphere 360 is a cloud service that helps IT, procurement and audit teams keep track of the software licenses their organisation owns, who or what each is assigned to, and what it costs.
What you can do
- Track licenses, vendors, contracts, renewal dates and costs, with purchase order and contract reference fields.
- Allocate seats to users or devices.
- See installed software reported by endpoint agents, and seats reported idle from directory sign-in data.
- Receive 30-day, 60-day and expired renewal alerts in the app and optionally in Slack or Microsoft Teams.
- Reclaim seats manually with an audit trail, and export licenses and the audit trail to CSV.
- Control access with fixed roles: IT admin, procurement, auditor and employee.
How discovery works
Endpoint agent: an administrator creates a revocable, tenant-scoped key and deploys the agent to Windows, macOS or Linux devices. It reports the installed-software list, hostname, operating system, architecture and agent version, hourly by default. It does not collect process activity, file contents, keystrokes or browsing activity.
Directories: connect Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra / Microsoft 365. The sync reads last sign-in time and disabled state, runs on demand, and flags a seat as idle after 45 days without a sign-in.
