A managed unit is either a managed user (one unique person, identified by email, holding one or more licenses) or a managed asset (one unique endpoint). A person and their device are counted separately. Examples: one person with Microsoft 365, Adobe and Slack is 1 unit, $2 per month; a laptop with 40 applications is 1 unit; that person and laptop together are 2 units, $4 per month; 50 users and 30 endpoints are 80 units, $160 per month.

- No credit card required.
- 20 managed units in total during the trial, users or endpoints combined.
- Nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends. After it ends, adding new users and devices stops until you subscribe.
- If you do not subscribe, trial data is permanently deleted 3 days after the trial ends. Users, integrations and your account remain until you ask us to delete them.
- After you subscribe, the app asks once whether to keep the trial data or clean it up. Cleanup permanently deletes licenses, assignments, devices and discovered software records; users, integrations, agent keys, invoices and the audit log are kept. You choose.
- Trials are self-serve: start a free trial, sign in with Google or Microsoft, and your workspace is created instantly.

- 30-day, 60-day and expired renewal alerts, in the app and optionally in Slack or Microsoft Teams.

Our order process is conducted by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record, which handles payment, taxes and invoices; invoices can be downloaded as PDF in the Billing page of the portal.
