What it does
- Central license and seat inventory with purchase order and contract reference fields.
- Endpoint agent for Windows, macOS and Linux that reports installed software, hourly by default, using a tenant-scoped, revocable key.
- Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra directory connections, run on demand, flag seats idle after 45 days without a sign-in.
- Manual seat reclaim with an audit trail, and CSV export of licenses and the audit trail.
- 30-day, 60-day and expired renewal alerts in the app and optionally in Slack or Microsoft Teams.
- Dashboards, fixed roles (IT admin, procurement, auditor, employee), sign-in with Google or Microsoft, and email support.

$2 per managed unit per month, prepaid and billed monthly through Paddle. A managed unit is one unique person (by email) holding any number of licenses, or one unique endpoint.
